and I believe that is the reason that prompted interest from Mr. Costello. His understanding of the players is so much more vast than any of us here

AQR Capital Management LLC is the second largest hedge fund in the US

Thanks Heidi excellent digging. So two hedge funds are significant shareholders. This gets more and more interesting every time I come to the board!

That alone has the potential to send CNWHF to multi-dollars! Thanks for posting that.

This may be bigger than any of us imagined...

I took a look at the whole filing again to see if it gave any idea as to when these share holdings were purchased but I couldn’t see anything but I’m mobile right now so I might have missed something.

Page 20 of CNWHF SEC filings 20-F 8/15/2019 lists the 5% shareholders.

According to Wikipedia, AQR Capital Management LLC is the second largest hedge fund in the US.

Atlas Master Fund has assets of over 3 billion (registered in the Cayman Islands)

South Ferry #2 LP, which appears to be a family venture with one employee that only brings in 120,000 a year ;-) owns shares in DJSP Enterprises (formally Chardan 2008 China Acquisition Corp, BVI) now in Real Estate Services in Florida (and the company acquired Timios, Inc)

Platinum Partners Value (hedge fund, Cayman islands) had some troubles lately.

Anyway, these folks are connected, drowning in money that seems to be off-shore protected. They all have offices within breathing distance of each other in NYC. And they own chunks of this shell. Why?

Thanks heidibrown for this find. Also the exciting part of this table is these funds are still holding these shares. The recent 20-F on page 20 stated:

"The following table sets forth information with respect to the beneficial ownership of our ordinary shares as of August 9, 2019"

If funds are holding their position in this ticker, they might be seeing something brewing on the horizon. I can't wait to find out what transpires ahead.

Imho only.

Is there a way to find out about when they acquired these shares? Was it recent or from years ago?
