100% sure you are not aware of this, but anyways, APL is not in Bancroft , nor does Bancroft hold any jurisdiction lmao. Also zoning was approved back in February in Hastings highlands, Hastings county, which is where APL is located... good lord you people love to make things up... mayor of Bancroft is considering action haha
