and as for as promotions - they can say they are not paid but it they frontload and put out those promos - I guess they are paid?

Any idea how Justin plans to pay for any of these acquisitions or whatever the heck he plans on putting in this shell? You actually think he will put it in for FREE? and allow all the longs all that free money? think about that a moment. has there ever been a reverse merger that doesn't eventually screw over all the LONGS? Plenty of $$ can be made in the short term on the hype alone - but the people that walk away with that money are holding onto the naïve shareholders money that were told nonsense like FLOAT LOCKDOWN and going to $500/share.
