The critical failure in this analysis is blindly believing everything an unaudited OTC pink sheet company says.
None of which is verifiable, which is why noone has ever seen a single unit being sold anywhere other than the Cogosense website.
What is verifiable is that there are virtually no new users of the app being recorded in the app stores, most of which have reviews that are YEARS old. You don't sell millions worth of product and receive ZERO new stats on your mobile apps.
This verifiable data does NOT support Steve's claims of selling MILLION$ worth of this product. Again, if he wanted to prove to anyone that this was a legit business he would.... if he could. Instead you get vague PR, hiding behind claims of NDA, horrible attempts and showing some blurry photo of a faceless mystery person in a car dealership customer chair holding up a Bsafe package with no signage or employees pictured.
1) If you book revenues that are not paid immediately (COD), then you will have Accounts Receivable. No way around that.
2) If ONCI is providing payment terms of 60-90 days, why is it taking them almost 360 days to collect on those sales? Or ARE they collecting them? They could be writing off those older sales and just booking higher new sales.
3) The attorney letter validating the Accounts Receivable and sales??? Let see who they used in the past....Benjamin Bunker - SEC Prohibited, Mathew J.W. Stout - SEC Prohibited, and currently Jonathan Leinwand. He has quite the resume.
But what about the A/R? Well, if the revenues were fake, why not fake the A/R as well then? This further shows the revenues to be 100% accurate, validated with an attorney letter (https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/217451/content). The growing A/R is not the concern most believe it is. It justifies the fact that business is growing, and that additional revenues are coming in future reports. The more business you do, the higher the A/R. As long as the revenues grow concurrently with the A/R, then there is only future growth to look forward to. ONCI is providing their products with payment terms of 60 to 90 days, not always paid on time. But they WILL be paid, and the revenues WILL continue to grow.
