Fish, you hit the nail on the head. Folks bought in because of the touted AFs and alleged hundred million dollar deals imho. Noone cares about Sams and frankly I think it's a waste of shareholder money for the co to sue the WS. The best way to refute those who don't believe in you is to put up the numbers and the proof sought and quit whining about people who question your delay and your motives. You are a public co and you OWE a duty to your shareholders to keep them informed.

Just file the AFs and maybe confirm the latest developments vis a vis the big dollar deals. This co allegedly plans on going to the nasdaq. You only think we little Ihub saps ask tough questions. If they were on the naz can you imagine what kind of heat they'd be under from the covering analysts? Can you imagine the scrutiny from the CNBCs and the Cramers? Sheesh!

Why haven't Steve addressed this immediately? Where are the AFs ? AFs and nothing else! No side track stories, where are the AFs? How can Steve continue this long without mentioning the AFs Status. How can he even begin to pickup after Petar without immediately addressing the AFs ? Steve just as Petar, is fully aware of what everyone have been waiting for and promised. Someone from the company needs to strongly address this now! Not next week but now!! The change of guards(CEOs) should not justify another period of silence regarding the AFs. Someone from the company needs to say something strong and truthful regarding the AFs NOW! Stop avoiding the AF subject through silence! Strong discussion(s) of the AFs are needed NOW!
