Wrong. So they created some coats for $1,450.00 each, a ton of money. However, taking this to mass production is an entirely new ballgame. This is why it has taken KBLB so long to reach production. Creating several products is one thing, but mass producing it an entirely other topic.

You don't have to be first but you do have to have the best product.

That's why you have never heard of companies like IMSAI or Altair who produced the first micro computers.
