Considering most of the shares were held in a spousal trust they are now under the control of his wife Cara Finnigan. The ones held in his corporation (Gromax Ltd) would be under the control of his eldest son Andrew Groman who is the managing partner. The ones in his ROTH, 401-K, and individual investment account would be administered via his estate.
