I expect he's overlooked the 2-way street thing. All it would take is the information on his iHub account, linked to his activity on the other ticker that was pumped, then onto this one where he was set up as a moderator for awhile while he attempted his "takeover," and linked to the Twitter account. Be all too easy to turn any sort of legal action into a fraud investigation.
