I posed this question on my board, but wanted to ask you as well.

I am digging into my .000 company/shell list to try to find a short list of potential R/M candidates.

I have never seen this before.

Normally, caveat emptor stocks come in two flavors, Pink and Grey.

A caveat emptor pink is still a viable shell play, while a caveat emptor grey isn't.



What does an OTC "expert market" tier mean?

Is this something new?
