That’s the one thing most do not and will never understand.

The companies need shares to push it higher. Especially since the holders of the stock barely make a market, the MMs will be contracted to sell shares.

Just so people realize something....
If they were done and Kaputz why would they even raise the AS? 2 reasons
1. To raise capital for paying back convertibles notes using the stock as collateral.
2. To sell shares via prospectus.

Either way the company raising AS means more money for them. Now play the spikes in between and wait for the major move. Hell if some where smart they would take use of 20%-35% flips

What money has the Eilers law group put into SNPW? What has Marmac provided in assets for the company? What 1 million dollar home property? I see more flies swarming this pile.
