of Class C Preferred shares PAOG gave High End LLC as part of the shell game that created this mess, not control of the company. So I read it something like this...

HIGH END Products LLC acquired the control (of the) block of (5000000 Preferred Class C shares) PAOG (gave High End LLC) in January 2019. When PAOG transferred its medical clinics assets to Rising BioSciences earlier this year....
