It's a pretty simple answer regarding the photo. Bradley Robinson knew what he was doing. It shows you what kind of manipulation goes on at $PRED when the CEO has to resort to taking a flight to NYC to get a photo taken at the exchange to stop the bleeding of the company. When you go from 7 to low 1s basically over night, you can imagine the frantic panicking going on at $PRED headquarters.

The result of the photo is pretty obvious. He filled out the paperwork (which you don't need to actually GO THERE to do), and flew there with his suit as a tourist to have leaked on social media..

$PRED was denied the listing. They gotta try again later. Bradley tried... and he failed, again.
