Because it is the OTC.... stocks run for no reason and drop for the same. Lately, it is dropping because of the pending AS increase

They are in rapid growth/expansion mode right now. They are spending money to grow the company for future shareholder value. Some people expect instant results and profits but that’s not realistic. They are fulfilling all of their goals and the SP will catch up.

My guess...a combo of a few sellers, flippers and perhaps a bit of shorting. This will end.
