No meat, The $1.89B Has Nothing to Do Regarding,

any valuation of "WMB and it's assets". The $1.89B is one present (1%) of the WMB deposit base of $189B as an administration fee charged to JPM.

We sued the FDIC for $305B for "WMB and it's assets". The FDIC's response was $299B for "WMB and it's assets".

We released JPM for "willful misconduct" in 41.6.

Yep and it would be up kosturos to not release, for the fact they did maximize the value of the assets.

The other is claim their is a a deficit 18b and the bk closes and deficit was never a negative. They pocket it.
