The addition of restricted shares into the float is dumping. The company gets no $$$ benefit from it.
You apparently are pumping the stock while this is happening. Were you aware of this? Did you warn other posters that you were pumping the stock while insiders were apparently dumping?
I'm not being critical and not accusing you of anything but this is the type of post that I see from professional bashers over and over. Think about it.
