1. I trust my own due diligence (DD)/research. 2. I trust the management as they are very prominent.
Of course there is always risk involved with investing/trading any stock within the market and such is no different here with SIML. We all invest in hopes of being able to obtain some rewards at some point in time in the future. Two key variables to make such happen are... price and time.
I am a retired Air Force guy. A little while back I spoke to Mike Schatz who was also in the Air Force. I trust his resume and credentials much more after learning of this. People in the Air Force and the military do have a certain amount of core values that extend beyond the beliefs that the SIMLTEAM is here to scam people.
T - Together E - Everyone A - Achieves M - More
Please, I'm not saying that all people in the Air Force or the military are perfect or should be placed upon some pedestal or cannot do things wrong or make bad decisions. We all have made some bad decisions in our lives. Most people in the military have gone through a vast amount of training to where certain values and a certain level of discipline have been instilled in them a little more than the average person. However, I do believe that his intentions to be here are because he believes that the SIMLTEAM will do right by its shareholders. Because of this, I will continue to weather the storm. Hopefully Mike and the SIMLTEAM won't prove me wrong to look stupid for these beliefs.
I believe once the dilution ceases, we will see significant movement in the share price as more is announced.
I believe this team that have been assembled here are not here to scam people. I believe they are here for something huge that they are building for us shareholders and themselves. I could show you quite a few examples of stocks that have had dilution to the sub-penny levels to rebound to trading well into the pennies or higher after the dilution had ceased. I believe the same will happen here too with SIML.
Let's observe the resume of first Mike Schatz and then the rest of the SIMLTEAM of which all could be found under the profile page of OTC Markets below: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SIML/profile
