Unfortunately, they have to prove this when asked. The way, I have seen it before.... Send qualifications of this guy. Send all bank accounts. Send all communication in the past 10 years. Send us this. Send us that. Send is 1000 other thing, so we can sue you back.
And you have to compile them and send them back.

Mostly the applicant settles, as they have to disclose many things they are not comfortable with.

Again, we have experts here. These lawyers can make anyone settle.
