First of all, if you can honestly tell me that there has not been a coordinated and sustained medial blackout regarding these companies, then I see we'll have nothing further to discuss.
That said, I agree that IF the companies are released (and I reiterate IF) then the gains will be noticeable and potentially dramatic. If the ruling is favorable to Defendants (which NOBODY ever discusses), then bye-bye GSE's. What are your thoughts on that scenario?
And yes, even if the companies are released, C-Ship ends, blah blah blah, it will not be a front page story anywhere. IF the Government prevails at trial(s), I guarantee you that will make some headlines though. Dude, it's day 215 and there is NOTHING to indicate that en banc is coming any time soon. That should worry you, but sounds like it doesn't.
