Except for the land registry which takes on average only a few weeks (most much faster ) and a maximum of 6 months (rare) for new builds. It’s been about 10 months so there’s always that.

Maybe the judge ordered it “sold” due to the total upfront payment but it doesn’t officially change hands until ithe deal affirming part of the transaction(S) happens.
