Jo - MY POINT is that enos will be approved and Titan will get their trademark but it is MONTHS away from approval.

All of this 9/24 crap and I do not believe they can unveil the name enos if it isn't approved. That is all I am saying

* My best estimate is that Titan's trademark attorneys need to resubmit more info which then has to be reviewed. A Public Opposition period then has to happen, along with a few more entries, and then approval. Looking at 3-6 months yet.

Ya really think Medtronic is going to unveil Titan's device on 9/24 and call it SPORT when it is really enos ? Does that make any sense ??
