Family members and friends of the insiders that had the information from the promotional run-up do not have to report any forms to the SEC. On top of that, the promoters themselves and their friends and family do not have to report to the SEC. This is an OTC Pink sheet company you are talking about here... There is a reason no institutions, hedgefunds, major investors want anything to do with Pink Sheet companies and it is understandable.
