What are you and Dueces trying to tell me? I know exactly what Float means. I am trying to educate others here.
UNRESTRICTED = FLOAT
Take a look at other tickers and you will see that.
OTCMARKETS has accurate information as of the date noted. In the case of PCTL that date is 8/8/19.
As of that date the UNRESTRICTED count was 195,214,405
That amount IS NOT all of a sudden less than 90M.
Also right from the TA..
"Unrestricted shares are all shares that are not restricted and available to trade. These shares can be held in the name of a shareholder, a broker, or DTC." = FLOAT
