This deal is not really dilutive. It’s a merger. It’s a zero-sum equation. I bought Origin instead because it gives me combined Cresco shares at a discount. No dilution at all for me.
If your strategy involves a stagnant share price until next year I would re-think that one. When the merger goes through and the pro forma for the combined company in the current quarter gets reported it will be very clear that even the current price of Cresco is way too low. But good luck with trying to convince people to avoid the rush.
