Very hard 2 get rec lisence in wa. At first they were so sought after they actually held a lottery for giving away one to anyone that met criteria, not just top proponents or lobbyists.

Cursory research shows hes legit IMO. Might have penny pumper attitude in him though.. Sunshine Hemp Inc out of Florida, he is apart of.. Same peeps, have big contract with Florida A&M University..

Im sure some of his business attempts and tales did not come 2 fruition.. Whole business MJ sale thing was BS.. Went thru paid pump site. Paid piece. Dude seems like fly by night type of guy. I am sure he just is playing the market, like us all... BBBUUUTTT being involved in a Hemp play with Florida A&M gives him power IMO.
