Absolutely every company states the real name of their company in the privacy policy and in the Terms and Conditions.

Of course, Costello doesn't have that on his websites.

So they have expanded into Nevada - but oddly they aren't registered as a business entity in Nevada - there isn't a Pacific Merchant Processing.

Looks like Costello has been busted once again.
