Why does it have to be located anywhere? What if its a fintech platform managed by Justin with assistance of banks/credit unions that GRN has a stake in?

The point was that banks and Credit Unions in Washington can't accept deposits from marijuana companies.

How about naming the banks and credit unions that GRN has a "stake" in?
