They filed an extension as a ton of companies do. They explained the reason for the extension which, IMO was very valid. Imagine trying to deal with multiple assets around the world, gather all the info from people in different time zones, language barriers ect and give info to accountants, and the asset audit company. Lots of work. Anyone that has ever ran a business knows what a nightmare that would be. When we wake up tomorrow after reading fins tonight, things will be completely different here.
