After FOX6's Contact 6 received Gallo's complaint, is was discovered the company has a "F"-rating with the BBB for failing to respond to 12 other complaints. It was also learned the company is registered to a "Justin Joseph Costello" both with the BBB and the Department of Financial Institutions.

Pattern of Complaint
On June 20th, 2013, BBB sent a certified email to Milwaukee VIP Limo due to a pattern of complaints received by BBB from consumers.

In the complaints, consumers allege that services ordered were cancelled shortly before they were to begin.

On August 7th, 2013, BBB sent a certified follow-up certified letter to the company after receiving no response to the initial letter.

As of September 6th, 2013, the company has not called BBB or addressed the pattern of complaints.
