Well stating the 10q is meaning less says a lot...

So you are good with dilution to 1,250,000,000 then a 1-500 reverse split followed by dilution back to 1,250,000,000 and the pps being back to where it is today but you have 1/500th the amount of shares!!!

Not a good scenario in my books, but ok if you like it I guess.
