This is what I read:
"...think of them as an investor and a "reseller". He did say that Cognosense is the company, and that i would have no dealings with On4 at all throughout any part of the process."
I was given similar info and 'distancing' from ONCI in an extended email exchange w/ sales@cogosense several months ago.
I've not argued against CogoSense; I've argued against believing Berman's $ONCI is going to perform for common shareholders.
As a reseller, Berman claims quarterly revenue in the $millions, with "$200k profit per month". There is NO EVIDENCE of any of Berman's claims, nor is there any evidence of 'smart money' involvement in ONCI by 'those-in-the-know.'
$ONCI is hardly a 'business' w/ revenue - it's a share-selling scheme run by Berman & his financiers.
The company's capital structure is based on LOANS from Berman (loaning the company money he personally obtained from selling shares), so that ONCI is on-the-hook to Berman in Bankruptcy.
1. Who will be first in line for company assets? - Berman.
2. What company assets? - The investment in CogoSense.
3. What's left for common shareholders? - Didley Squat.
