I never argued that point. Yes it really only matters when it is listed on the otc. But, to get there , there are minimum requirements. Someone asked about the time frame at or above .01 at closing. I said that I believed that it was 30 consecutive trading days and not calendar days. Don't know about the when filed part and where that lies within the 30 day minimum part.
