everytime that 50 largest is disclosed ,within a month ish the stock rockets up on an action ie. merger/acq./ect.
I think its a mandatory disclosure to let the public know so the action isn't considered inside trading and/or the buyer/merger wants to see all the debt and make it public knowledge.
I do know EVERYTIME I see the 50 largest holders news on any stock (usually higher pps. .50 and up) it rockets up ,sometimes rips in 7to 10 days ,sometimes it takes 30 or so days.
