Best Solution is to buy Phone holders..for..every..Vehicle..You..$175 per vehicle, and the monthly monitoring fee. Plus your employees won’t hate you.

The fact is that NOBODY wants an app blocking their phones. A phone holder keeps them legal and with bluetooth they are totally hands free.
