I think it's just a one step at a time thing. It will take a little while to get prices up to the level that is required by Nasdaq, so in the mean time, they go OTCQB (probably pretty soon), then OTCQX within a few months after that, probably not too longer after the Super 8-K, then Nasdaq probably within a year (or less, hopefully).

Honestly I would think it’s smarter to follow all the tiers on their way up. Would allow them to become more seasoned so to speak as far as rules, regs, paperwork and such.
I don’t think it’s a bad idea t walk before you run. Not like it would hurt them as far as value or even finding big investors. I would think large investors and firms would appreciate the fact that they would be moving slowly versus rushing and falling backwards. JMO

MTLTrader, to elaborate on that thought...

The requirements are basically the same (or close enough in my opinion) which is why I stated... "OTCQX U.S. Premier Tier (NASQAQ equivalent)".

I believe such would happen either simultaneously or very close to simultaneously with the other. Since VYST would already be locked into the OTC Markets construct of hierarchy, I think the OTCQX U.S. Premier Tier would happen first, if not simultaneously, but then soon after the NASQAQ listing would occur.
