I believe that's the case. The ticker has been taken over it seems and relocated to Wyoming. Trying to get confirmation, though, so it can be put to rest. The golf company ceased ops in 2012. Why their social media pages continue, is perplexing.

It would be nice if Bailey would update the info at OTC Market's website.
