A few weeks ago Josh announced Todd and another H360 guy as directors of H360. No SOS docs filed... no updates naming them on OTC... just his useless brother and the ex-partner he owes $50k to.

Q2 was due yesterday. Not even a "notice of late filing" submitted. YIELD sign likely to be replaced with STOP soon if he doesn't stop smoking and get off his arse. Clearly nothing good to report otherwise he would have done so.

H360 website has the same picture that is on the intro here. I guess they never meet him to take a decent one. So they can easily remove him when the time comes to go their separate ways.
