that in the number of gun accidents, gun murders, and gun mass killings, America is a dismal outlier.

Your not caring, suggests 'whether or not.' If you cared enough to take all steps possible to help make America safer by helping
to keep guns out of potentially dangerous hands i guess you would post in support of closing gun loopholes? Yet, you don't.
