Everything said is true. So big things are obvious to come. It will all be proven in filings. It's the toxic note which is almost done that's caused this stock a problem recently. These low prices shares at knocking it out fast. This can rebound hugely once it's gone. There's a lot to come, this should have continued up from .008 Well past 1 and 2 cents easily.
Notes are how most penny stocks work. Nothing different and doesn't mean this can't be successful and go up and doesn't mean what they say is false. Businesses need financing and shares are part of a business for a reason. Once the revenue starts coming in they will wipe many notes away and we should see this fly. I know they'd like a healthy stock that takes off.
