Lol the 10q doesn’t mean anything. It’s the LOI that means everything here because it would eliminate all debt and expose PCTL to a whole new market. Probably tying up loose ends to ensure deal goes through on Monday.
Everyone was already waiting for the 19th anyway. Why would there be a drop given the recent bullish technical signals? I doubt there will be a selloff on "lack of news" three days prior to the actual deadline.
I mean, if it does happen then the float will get that much tighter as more people buy in on the dip. It's hard to lose when the company is legit.
