Reoccurring grew by $7M insane growth.

No, it did not.

Total revenue was $7.1M, down 15% from last Q. So it most certainly did not grow $7M

Calling it "recurring" is quasi BS. Calling it growth is an outright lie.

The revenue has fallen from Q3 '18 and Q1 '19 (do not know Q4 '18 because the audited results only report full year and do not align with the unaudited numbers).

They are a tiny money losing business in the create-it app space.

Nobody has a clue what goes on at A2Z because that is not on the books. I would assume they are looking to raise funds given the new addition to the team and the promotional video (that was obviously not an advertisement)

But this type operation requires real cash to really work. Not selling a few thousand shares a day as a penny stock.
