Um, this is bad! The company is stating they may not be able to recruit independent board members, they have milestones and royalties they have to pay (I assume they could lose patent rights if they don’t) and the head of the audit committee abruptly resigned...and nobody is asking questions!!!

The basic patent starts expiring in 4 years - that is one of the reasons many BP are not touching it

Also they have to pay royalties to Progenics and AbbVie - 8.5% plus milestone payments - $5 million after 1st approval to progenics
