Well Cabo, you must be a lot brighter than you sound if you have discovered a way to impose your will on others and they blindly obey.
I'm not trying to answer your questions, nor do I claim to have the answers. All I'm doing is pointing out what is obvious to many: If you want reliable information about a company, it's often wise to ask the company, rather than rely on anonymous posts on a message board.
If you don't like what you learn (or don't learn), your options are to either keep your stock or sell it. If you or I don't like what the company says or does, we can't change their actions. All we can control are our own actions. Our actions as they relate to a stock transaction are to buy it, sell it, or hold it.
I'm sorry if that appears too "shallow" for you, but if you have found a way to force everyone around you to act on everything you ask, you're wasting your valuable skills here.
