... Court Approved Chapter 11’ Allowed Reorganization’s ... ARE ... Court allowed If’ a filer can ultimately pay off its Court Approved Creditors (completed 02/25/2019) ... ADDRESS it’s Court Approved Claimants (the Debentures and ABS-Cert Performing Trusts), ... and ultimately change its name and become a viable functioning company ... ie: *Mr Cooper, trading as COOP ...
