No he wouldn’t be putting out all kinds of SEC filings because they revoked SEC filing requirements. As far as flowery PRs...we’ve been seeing those for two years without a single actual event happening. If I was wrong the stock wouldn’t be at an all-time low when they have $7.6million cash in the bank, zero debt and such a low float. Someone is preying on suckers here and have been since day 1.
Proof there are less than 50 shareholders...Sitra signed the SEC revocation that clearly states there are less than 50 shareholders. Was he lying to the SEC when he filed the revocation?
Sitra signed and filed the Form 15 with the SEC on 2/5/2019. It’s a quick read since it’s a one page form that’a only purpose it to revoke filing requirement if there are fewer than 50 shareholders.
