Billy - I guess you have never worked for a company that has been subjected to investigative subpoenas where it specifically states in the subpoena that nothing about the case can be discussed - Not with Staff or with shareholders until so given permission by the investing agency which in this case would be the FBI.
Just speaking from experience.
But I truly hope that this is not the case and we see either the 5 day extension filed or the Fins posted to the OTC.
