Many places tie them. Management, addresses, products, one website down and the other now updating. Also on this page it shows them as TSS/Imatrex:

TSS/Imatrex has filed patent applications to protect its IP in this new product and is in the early design and planning stage at this time. The Ovis 100 32-slice CT scanner is under the 510K application evaluation process
