PK2, you are some piece of work. Your suppositions read like you’re quoting from some textbook and not from due diligence, as all of your points substantially miss their mark. I strongly suspect you’ve never owned this stock, but do own shares of a competitor, otherwise why take the time to bash HSYN. We’ve all suffered through management’s BS for a long time and obviously we’re looking for a light at the end of the tunnel. However, I HAVE done my DD and what I’ve discovered, but will not share with you, would blow your socks off. I will predict that this little POS will be the first in the market to break the $150 target price for hardware with a $5 per month servcie fee for unlimited locations. No one else is close to this and even if they get there HSYN can go substantially below these numbers and still be profitable, and profitable they will be in 2007. Finally, public corporations do Chapter 11 (re-orgs), not Chapter 13. You should know this, as one of the companies you’re pumping, REDI.OB, went through one a few years back and are now failing again.
