DeSimone also shared his thoughts on the similarities between academia and entrepreneurship such as the importance of bringing people along with you and painting a vision for the future and how the world can be different. 

This is a guy from Academia like Sonny. Sonnys got 1 & 2. I think hes working on 3 but to mixed results.

DeSimone seems to have a knack for sharing his vision an area that certainly seems weak for Sonny as he doesnt bother to provide a vision while Sintx waits on Zimmer.
