Feeling (IMHO) recent flurry of LineaRX news and separate creatve financing transactions are smokescreens for introduction of Hayward's campaign for our upcoming reverse split to remain on NASDAQ.

Unless a or Merger & Acquisition by Celgene or someone is staging a friendly buyout.
