Biden is definitely not my first choice either. Nor the second, nor the third.

But I would vote for him a 100 times out of 100 if he gets the nomination.

Trump is a cancer and needs to be dealt with a proverbial blowtorch at the ballot box. The priority should be on removing the cancer.
